Precision Sheet Metal
 
Brand new 2000 watt Amada sheet metal Laser is capable of cutting thicknesses of .50” steel, .25” stainless, .19” aluminum.  Maintaining tolerances between .001- .010” depending on thickness.
  Our CNC Turret Punch holds .005” or better on various plastics, copper, bronze, brass, HYMU… 
  We Form parts up to 10’ wide maintaining tolerances between .005”-.030”
  Our precision Welding department can keep tolerances of .010 with parts as thick as 1”.

Finish, Assembly, Packaging

Moss maintains a list of approved vendors for a variety of finishes i.e.: plating, painting, cleaning.
We maintain a large inventory of hardware i.e.: helicoils keenserts, dowel pins, pem fasteners
Our assembly department deals with simple to complex assemblies from handles and casters to o-rings and wire harnesses. We follow customer requirements for all types packaging and labeling including clean room
