We are seeking an experienced mechanical inspector to inspect precision machined parts for our company.
Requirements Include the Following:
*Three or more years of mechanical inspection experience required.
*Comprehensive knowledge of all inspection tools including CMM, surface plates, height gages, micrometers, etc., as well as familiarity with GD&T and ANSI standards.
*Must be able to interpret blueprints and customer requirements and specifications. Duties include in-process inspections, outside process inspections, and first article documentation.
*Familiarity with precision machining procedures and manufacturing standards a must.
*Document control: process corrective actions and discrepant material reports.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills required |

We are hiring experienced CNC machinists for both day and swing shifts. We need machinists who know how to set up and edit programs. We also need people who can work independently. Our machines have both Fanuc and Yasnac controls. |
