Job Posted: 4-19-2011 CMM INSPECTOR Responsibilities: - Inspect and record and required dimensional data for all in-process, final, and first article jobs. - Work with machinists and management on tolerance and dimensional issues. - Record all discrepant material as needed in DMR / NC log. - Maintain organized inspection records. - Sign-off / scan for all work completed in a timely fashion - total accountability. - Report regularly to production manager, quality director and corporate manager. - Work with quality director on corrective and preventive action measures as needed. - Assist with monitoring and maintaining inspection tools as needed. Requirements: - Ability to use CMM and record dimensional data. - Ability to use all other inspection equipment including but not limited to calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc. - Fluency in reading complex engineering prints. - Background with both in-process inspection and First Article reporting. Responsibilities: -Follow and record weekly, biweekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual machine maintenance schedules. -Perform building maintenance as needed and requested. -Report non-routine maintenance to upper management immediately. -Conduct periodic safety analysis and report to upper management. -Inform head machinist and upper management of necessary equipment replacements. Requirements: -Relevant background with machines (ie, machinist) -3 years + experience in maintenance and complete familiarity with electrical and mechanical components. -Problem solving and decision making. Job Posted: 3-2-2011 Assembly Tech - Machined Components Applications with less than one year experience will not be accepted. Pre-hire test administered by the company. Overtime and Saturdays may be required. Responsibilities: -Minimum 1 year experience in Assembly. -Must have extensive knowledge to read prints / BOMs and follow router / traveler. -Must be very familiar with standard machine / sheet metal practices, plating call-outs, cleaning specs, etc. -Ability to assemble using blueprints, sketches, engineering specifications. -Must be very familiar with machine hardware (screws, washers, rivets, latches, gaskets, etc.). -Ability to use measurement tools and to compare measurements to documented standards. -Must be very organized.
